Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

if you are not 100% happy with your item please contact us for a full refund (excluding postage and packaging). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned for a full refund (excluding P&P).

Refunds (if applicable)
All refunds will be processed and returned via you original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in the specified amount of time after contacting us and comfiming we have received the returned goods and are processing the refund please check your bank or credit card company again  as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange a product for a different size please contact sales@tukugifts.co.nz and return your item to: 55 Moana Street, WGN, Otaki 5512, New Zealand.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 55 Moana Street, WGN, Otaki 5512, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
